4-th GT Race - RootsGrindelwald

Ok guys, we are getting serius this time.. 4-th GT race is a one-mother****er-hard-track! Jahombre manage to put everything in here like in TM FL races! Although I applauded him for his tunnels, uphills$downhills, blockmixing etc. I honestly think this is a quite challange track where there will be a lots of mistakes, and maybe a lots of DNF too! Again I'm working this Sunday, but I know if I will be driving this, that this track make my race a living hell



Even picture is hard to explain Ok, let's even try it.. After Start/Finish line, on the left side are PITS, and you are off the PITS right before first tunnel! Also, when you pass Start/Finish line, you come to turn no.1. which is an easy turn, so try to be near left side while you passing/sliding it.. Then we enter first tunnel ( green dot line!) and while exitinig we come to turn no.2. which is a tricky chicane, because it's fast and you just came from tunnel so daylight just hit you in yor eyes Turn no.3. is just after turn no.2. and it's one of the hard parts of the track, cause blockmixing make it harder! When you try to exit turn no.3. you may end up on right side of that blockmixing, and that may not end up good! So beware here!! After that we enter a second tunnel ( green dot line) and it's also a tricky tunnel, cause you must not drive near left side or you hit the wall straith ahead! Try to be on the right side, but remember that if you have a good speed that you may even jump while entering a tunnel, so you'll need to sliding and jumping simultaneously! And that's turn no.4. what we are talking about.. Turn no.5. is also a tricky one, cause your car is in air while exiting tunnel, but chicane in turn no.5. make it hard to align your car properly! Little chicane in turn no.6. can be deceived too, when you try to exit chicane and than you may hit the wall and spin your car there! Turn no.7. can be done easly if you don't go wide before jump, cause you may hit the wall there too! In turn no.8. (green dot line) we enter a third tunnel, and last one, in this track, but just try to be on the right side and there will be no problem here.. Next sector of track is little uphills to the left and turn no.9. While exiting that turn, it's possible to titl your car little, so try not to push hard there! Turn no 10. is a similar turn like turn no.9. jus this one is to the right side! Last turn no.11. is almost easy turn cause you can even pass it without slide, but just try not to hit the wall before last jump and Start/Finish line!

I try to explain as I could do better, but it's better that you guys spend a (lot of) time in practice week! It's good to know MaSSa will be here, so fight for the gold should be interesting too! Also, I don't doubt that good turnout around 25 drivers want be there too! Unfortunately I'm working, and Slaven have a game problems, so G.F1 want be there again! Hope to see that race will be Ok, and that there will be no problem, so that we can enjoy this epic Chamipinship every race till end!

3rd GT Race Review - RootsBangkok

Fight for this Championship is heating up, and it's very bad that MaSSa and Monty didn't race this Sunday, beacuse they will set this all on fire too! Also, Gecko Team got a excellent second driver - Vesiapina, and man, believe me, he got speed! His debi here was amazing, he got Bronze medal!! Turnout was solid too! 24 drivers is very nice number, if we count that there weren't MaSSa, Monty, me, Slaven, Krumel, Lameduck, Alex, BvB..

As said before, Bangkok is very long and not so easy track, so mistakes here are made often.. Unfortenaly I wasn't there, so I didn't make any mistake Dome2012 is still our best driver(hmm I speak as I'm one of RRR member ) so we put are all hope in it, cause, as I alreday said, MaSSa&Monty weren't here... And he start good cause he get Pole Postion in Quali, with just little advantage over Laurenš! Vesiapina got 3-rd place, and Scape was 4-th! WeSSy was solid here too, and with the good time on practice, and he got 5-th starting place, and I was expecting good race for him too!

But after race finish, there were different outcome! Laurenš wins here, so Amplified Team finnaly wins here.. Dome2012 was behind him over 25 seconds of gap! Vesiapina got bronze medal, and 4-th place got second Ampllified driver - scope! Ars-sm!e was 5-th, and Jahombre make it to 6-th place after bad 19-th place on Quali! Very good race and position my friend! Keep it up! Roadrunner team (Icke and WeSSy) were 7-th and 9-th, ADAC team (Drive and Ony) were 8-th and 13-th! In TOP 10 Mirosh get 10th place with only +1,44 secs of gap behind 9-th WeSSy.. CoolDriving get 10 poitns for his solid 11-th place! Our Danish friend Haze, finnaly manage to finish, and he get 12-th place! DarkMidnight Team were solid, but I know they can do better, but 14-th place (MidnightMan) and 19-th place (DarkMan) are nice place in this good competition of drivers! Little dissapiontment comes from Winner who only get 15-th place in the end.. Points also get veteran NH90 (16-th place), Sulfite (17-th), tbvivien (18-th) and Morpheus (20-th place).. This track also took 4 'victims', and there are: K.O.Hasi, Remasy, Andi and Qucikes!

As you can see, theres no time for rest and deeper analysis, cause next race is on this Sunday, and practice week is already started! Dome is in the lead with 93 poitns, but Laurenš is very near him with 89 poitns, so this will be epic fight till end.. Wessy with his good and consist driving is in 3-rd place with 54 points! As I said few times in this article, too bad MaSSa and Monty aren't in every race, cause fight for the crown here will be for history books Newcomer Vesiapina may be a good candidate for a podium too in the end, but will see about that.. Red Devil Team is in the lead (Dome2012 and Winner) but Winner must improve his driving, cause Amplified Team (Laurenš and scope) are just 6 points behind, so Team fight will be interesting too! Although RoadRunners (Wessy and Icke) don't get podiums, they are always in TOP10, and cause of that and that there are in all races so far, there are in 3-rd place with 99 points, so they are in too for a Team Championship! ADAC Team are on solid 4-th place with 84 points, and L.Town Audi Team (MaSSa and Monty) have only 2 points less then they, but they only have 3 races in total so far..

Hope to see this good interest until the end, and that the fight for a Driver Championship and Team Championship, will be interesting and open until last race! Also it will be good for a race, that L.Town Audi team are more often on races.. But so far, so good, so keep it up RRR drivers and friends!!

3rd GT Race - RootsBangkok

Damn, this weeks are passing fast with this game and you guys!
This Sunday, we are at 3rd GT race at this first season of Championship in TM2! We are drvining night race, so prepare car battery so that your lights can be on all race long!



This track is a real challenge! Very long lap, vith lots of corners, fast chicanes, and night all race long On this track PITS are on left side, and you exit form PITS right before turn no.2.! But turn no.1. is very hard turn, where you come with very nice speed, and you enconuter a corner, than chicane, than another left corner, so you need your concetration here not to hit wall at the chicane as I (often) do! Turn no.2. is easy one, but try not to hit wall when exiting that corner! Turns no.3. and no.4. are combination of 90 degrees corners, and you can pass it with slide all way long.. Just try not to hit wall while exiting turn no.3.! Turns no.5. and 6. are only easy turns in the track and you can pass it without slide and with all speed you have! Turn no.7. is a tricky one, cause it's a narrow chicane, and very fast too, so in most of (my) cases you may hit the wall while exiting that corner! On turn no.8. just try to be very close on the inner left side of the corner! Turns no.9. and 10. can pass with the slide, and all you need is not to hit the wall while exiting turn no.10.! And last tricky part is fast chicane on turn no.11. where you have a good speed, so try not to hit the wall there too!

As you can see, very tricky and long track, so patience and concetration here is well need it! So arm yourself with that!
I hope to se fair drive, so that we don't have any appeals later, and to see again lots of drivers! Unfortunately I'm working this Sunday (and 2 Sunday after that!!!) so my fight for a 15-th place will be missing here! Hope my teammate Slaven will fix a game until Sunday so at least one of G.F1 Copy/Paste driver will be there!

2nd Race Review - GT RootsChuckNorrisRing

After tense is down, it's time to resume this race! Two word is only needed to describe the race and those are: 28 drivers!!! Yep, 28 drivers shown up this Sunday night to enjoy and drive this interesting, short and easy track and try to bdo best as they can...
Laurenš show his skill on practice week, but that time wasn't with the rules of our Championship, so we were waiting for Quali 1 to see who will be fast here... Dome show his excellent skill and take Pole Position here with the +0.18 gap ahead of MaSSa! My teammate was good too! Third place was qutie a suprise! Wessy was 4-th, and Jahombre took 5-th place!! Motny was 10-th here, and Laurenš took just 13-th place! Unfortenely, Sulfite and tbvivien didn't quali on time, so they start behind red line..

When ligths go off, we start 2-nd GT race this season..
I didn't fisnih my race, due to my personal problems, so I don't know exactly hwo things was developing during race, and honestly I don't have time to watch replay cause on this short track and different fuel tactics, it was a hellowa mess to follow myself, not to mention you guys too!
So Laurenš wins here, but Race Control, due to some appeals, look at Laurenš replay, and decide to penalty him with extra seconds! So winner of the 2nd race is MaSSa, who was ahead of Dome with only +0.77 secs! Laurenš then finish 3-rd.. With almost 2 laps behind Motny finish 4-th,and Wessy 5-th! "Strangers" get next postions.. 6-th was Marian, 7-th sm!e, 8-th was Drive.. Winner and Icke are in TOP 10 too! scape was 11-th with only +1.58 of gap ahead of Jahombre! Slaven was 13-th , Mirosh 14-th, and Andy 15-th.. Poitns also get LameDuck, Neco, MidnightMan, Suflite, and better half od LameDuck- Krumel!! Remasy was about 4 seconds behind Krumel, so he ends up with no points unfortenely.. Morpheus, DarkMan and tbvivien also finish, but no points for them either.. CoolDriving, Haze, me, and BVB DNF on this track

It was a very good race and very interesting till end, but it wasn't finished! It continues here on forum to 're-match' But in the end, Race Control do their job, Laurenš get penalty, and now rules are much clearer, so I hope that we don't encounter those debate here ever more!
Although I didn't finish, and my first race is not for Hall of Fame, I enjoy this 2 week as never before! 26 then 28 drivers, are bes proof how this GT Championship is excellent!Too bad that everybody don't get some points, but if we continue to grove like this, we may award 30 drivers

What can I say? Just keep up with tihs work RRR and friends!!

GT Race 02 - RootsChuckNorrisRing

Here we are, just few days before second GT race, so you better come to practice and prepare yourself for a Sunday battle!
After excellent first race with 27 drivers at start, we are looking forward to this next race on Sunday night!
Next track is very simple and very short, so hope to see very interesting and tense race! Dome2012 wins first race, with just a bit of seconds ahead of Laurenš, but now Laurenš is very prepared and ready for re-match! Also MaSSa is here too, and if we count Monty, Wessy, Icke and Winner, and other good drivers from other teams, fight for a podium and TOP10 too, will have epic proportions!!



As you can see on picture, it's quite simple and easy track, and, for my point of view, there's no place that you may flip over and end up on roof or out of track, so DNF here is not option for anyone!! Just connection problems may be issues for someone..
PITS are on right side of track just after you cross Start/Finish line, and exits from PITS are just straigth ahead! All you need is pay atteniton, is first corner (turn no.1.) because you come on this turn with very fast speed, and you need it to pass this corner very close to the left side, but try not to hit the wall, or not to go too wide, cause you may hit the wall on the right side while exiting corner! Also DO NOT USE Wallbump/Wallkick to pass this corner, cause that's NOT ALLOWED, as we having bid debate about that here
Turn no.2. is best to pass it with earlier slide, so that you can exit that corner with no need to slide! Turn no.3. is easy one, and you can pass it with all speed you have, just try not to hit the wall on the left side.. And finally turns no.4 and no.5, are connected, so you'll need to pass turn no.4. very good and try to stabilize your car, so that you can pass through turn no.5. (narrow combination of left-right-left turns) with full speed in the racing line! It may often happens that you go wider on turn no.4. and end up hitting wall right in front of that last CheckPoint, or if you didn't stabilized your car, then you may hit those walls in turn no.5. in those combination lef-right-left.. So be careful in that last sector, cause you may lose big amount of the time, and lots of speed, cause you go with full throtlle until turn no.1!
So all you need to know is two things about this track! First fast corner, and last sector, and that's actually the entire track!

Expectations?
To see 30 or over 30 drivers here! Damn what a rush hour will be that on this little track! Also that nobody have DNF or connection problems, and that we can have another pleasant evening in RRR organization! Don't forget: Race starts at 19:30 (Qualifications) and race will be around 20:00, but don't be late! Also if you want to particpate in KnockOut race, come and join us at 18:00 and to have fun here too!

Race Review - 1st GT TM2 race - RootsMountain

Ola RRR drivers, and greetings to all other drivers who drove this Championship!
Here we are, 2 days past since we drove our first TM2 GT race.. And what can I say? It was AMAZING!
28 drivers at the start, although Haze and BvB didn't started due their technical problems, but still.. 28 drivers!! And missing some consistent drviers too, like Massa, Morpheus and Slaven, so according for a succes in first race and very positive feedback, I may presume that next race can be over 30 drivers! Hope to live and see that!

Because of this large number of drivers, it's very imposibile to follow everyone on a track and watch them how they drive, so I will just wrote those interesting things on race, and honestly I don't have that amount of the time to see everything But, anyway, this is just few sentences about race with some foto in it.. Hope you don't get mad if I don't mention everyone in the article

So lets start.. Btw, we have no. 1 rank driver here on the race with us! It was amp-Laurenš! And he was fast as hell.. He get pole postion, and Russian Mirosh get second place.. Dome2012 was third! In TOP10 there were Winner, Wessy, Icke and Alex from RRR drivers, and HOR-Marian, ADAC-Drive , and ars-Smile..

When lights went out, everybody had own fuel tactic, and Dome and Laurenš decide to go for a 20min fuel here.. We drove 40 laps here (plus a intro lap behind Safety Car) and in the end there were only 3 drivers that are much, much better than rest of us.. Dome, Laurenš and Monty.. Those three had a very nice race and epic fight, but in the end, Dome wins with only +0.58 secs of advantage over Laurenš, and Monty was third with +8.80 secs gap with Dome! What can I say.. This guys have skills!
Wessy was very good too! His 4-th place is good promise that even he can fight podium in next races! He may be old, but man, he can drive!
ADAC team was very good here! Drive finished 5-th and Tony was 8-th, so ADAC team can be pleased here! Icke was 6-th in the end with only +3.46 secs behind Drive, but with +3.61 secs ahead of Winner! In TOP 10 we also see Mirosh (9-th) and ars-Smile (10-th).. 11-th place goes to hpr-Marian!
There was a nice fight in the end betwen LameDuck, Alex, me and Jahombre, but LameDuck finished 12-th, Alex 13-th, me 14-th, and Jahomrbe 15-th!
NH90 was just one seconds better than Quickies, so he end up 16-th, and Quicky 17-th! Points also get 18-th remasy, 19-th Sulfite, and 20-th Andi..
Unfortenely DarkMan, Krumel and tbvivien didn't get any points Also CoolDriving, K.O.Hasi and MidnightMan didn't finish! MidnightMan had a epic went off track on first corner on uphill sector, and K.O.Hasi went missing suddenly.. I supose it was a connection problem.. CoolDriving hits the wall at the top of the uphill in that chicane, and his car said "No more please", and than he decide to go to shower litlle eariler

In the end, it was a very good night! When you see this big turnout and positive feedback from everyone, you know this will be a good thing and interesting Champinoship! Too bad MaSSA wasn't here, just to see how he would driving here, but I know we will see him next Sunday Maybe we aren't good as Dome, Laurenš or Monty, but with this large number of drivers, you can always find someone to fight with all race, and due that, there want be any boring race for anyone!!

To finish my first (short) race review, I can say one thing! WONDERFUL !! About 30 drivers every Sunday night will be driving this, so RRR make my Sunday nights, again, pleasant night in the week! Tnx RRR team for making this, and (I must say this in every article or I don't get payed ) BIG THANKS to Jahombre!
