9-th GT Race - RootsRicard

Already firday guys, so only 2 days left before GT race this Sunday, so it's time to write some shi**.. khm.. news I mean..
I will be short and very briefly today, so here is the track..



As you can see it looks easy, look can be deceiving
PITS are on the right side after Start/Finish line, but beware of exit form the PITS, cause you''ll need to do 180^o turn right after 30minutes fuel, and then drive back to Start/Finish line, then turn right to the proper direction of track! (See blue dot line!)..
Turn no.1. is tricky one, cause you can end up in the air with tilt of your car! Try not to hit the wall on the left side.. Turn no.2. is also tricky one, cause you''ll again can go in the air or tilt your car there, so you'll need to go very wide and very near to the left side of the track, and, if necessary, release some throttle too.. Turn no.3. can be pass in full speed without slide, and then we came across to the turn no.4. and turn no.5. which are 'connected' so you'll need it to pass them with one big slide! This turns are very hard, and it's important that you pass turn no.5. without hitting any walls! Turn no.6. can be passes in full speed without slide, just try to turn on time! After turn no.6. we go to little uphill, so you end up in little jump on the top of this hill, so try on turn no.7. to be on the left side of the track cause due jump, you may hit the wall and lose many speed!
After that it's full speed and very fast corners! Turns no.8. and no.9. can be passed in full slide speed, just try to cut corners very near of the right side! Slide form turn no.9. can be (must be) continue thru turns no.10. and no.11. This very big slide is a hard one, but when you practice it, it's peace of cake, as stupid Americans will say Just beware of turn no.11. while passing it, cause it's similar like turn no.2. so try not to tilt car here and not to hit the wall too.. Last combinations of corners are turns no.12. and no.13. which is slow chicane before Start/Finish line, so you'll need to pass it with one big slide.. Try to drive very close to the walls without hiiting it! And that's the lap in RootsRicard circuit

Can Dome²⁰¹² catch Laurnes? Can ARS-sm!e reach bronze medal? Can Jahombre hold on 4-th place? Can miniMAX team reach RoadRunners and take bronze medal in Team Championship? Can Slaven ever beat me? Be on Sunday and find out the answers!

8-th GT Race Review - RootsMarionaco

Excellent race was droven this Sunday night at RootsMarionaco track! Replica of legendary Monte Carlo was very nice track and it was enjoyable to drive, and cause it was an easy track too, it were only 2 DNF (CoolDriving on lap 29 and LameDuck on lap 31)..
There were a 28 drivers too on this race, although we had 30 on 'paper' cause Andy enter game while we alreday started, and 'intruder' KFR-Zypher was only spectating us.. So record of 30 drivers is a new record, but to be real record, we need all of them to drive, so hope to see in last 4 races this record, cause I think this game and this Championship is getting better thru each races.. Proving that is very nice organization by Jahombre, who manage to speed up quali sesasion, so we started race at 20:15, which was a very good and everybody like this! Also new improvements in the PITS! Now you can stand in proper area in the PIT while refuling yourself, so that we don't have drivers who park their car either too front, or too back.. Now you must stand in center area, and now we will not have any problems with that too.. Very good ideas by Jahombre and very good implementations!

Pole Position goes to Laurenš (his 3-rd Pole), and second was Winner with only +0.05 seconds behind! In the second row we see Febroso and WeSSy.. Yep, Febroso is a new face in this GT Champinoship, but he has a long history in this team, and due that he was (and still is, I presume) a very good driver in TMUF, he will be very good here too, acording for his position and fast times made on this track.. MidnightMan has a excellent resutls in Hot Lap in Quali seasion 2, so he started from 5-th place.. Dome ²⁰¹² took only 15-th place, ADAC-booz 16-th, and AMP-BooB only 22-th place! One thing I was not satisfied on this race, is that Jahombre didn't quali! On next race, when he tell last driver to start, he must go on track too, and take position on GRID as we all do! Understand man?

Hehe.. Ayway, Launres drove himself to another victory (4-th this season) with gap of +19.17 seconds over Dome²⁰¹².. Also Laurens drove best lap on race (0:55.853) and he was only driver that goes beyond 56 seconds! ADAC-booz take bronze medal, and Febroso on his first race take excellent 4-th place! ARS-sm!e and AMP-BooB had a thriller finish (it looks like ARS-sm!e likes this finishes cause he had a nice finish in last race when me, Winner and he, were in gap with only +0.17 seconds ).. But on this race, ARS-sm!e make it 5-th with only +0.03 secs over AMP-BooB! G.F1 TTCO was very near them ( +1.61 seconds), but he must be satisfied with his 7-th place! Winner finish 8-th, and ADAC-Drive was 9-th.. In TOP 10 WeSSy takes 10-th place with +1:12 minutes gap over leader, so, I might say WeSSy didn't have a good race here this Sunday.. 11-th place goes to Vesiapina, 12-th was Jahombre, Copy/Paste Team ( me and Slaven) were 13-th and 14-th, 15-th was Alex, followed by MidnightMan at 16-th place, Haze on 17-th, Mirosh at 18-th, and Icke only at 19-th position! Very bad night for RoadRunner Team scoring only 13 points! Last position that get one point, was taken by Sulfite! Although they all finished too ( NH90, remasy, Morpheus, Krumel, tbvivien and DarkMan) they didn't get any points though! Hope they have better luck next time, or if we continue having almost 30 drivers per race, maybe Jahombre will be good heart and increase limits of rewarding drivers over 20 places in next season..

4-th races to go, and Laurenš is in the lead with 41 points over Dome²⁰¹² (218 vs. 177) so Dome will need to do almost impossible things, to get Laurens.. WeSSy is still on third place (142 points), but now ARS-sm!e is only 17 points behind him on 4-th place (125).. Jahombre is holding 5-th place with 112 points, and now Winner is at 6-th place with 96 points and with one point over Icke! ADAC-Drive and G.F1 TTCO are stiil in game for that 4-th place too, so we will see who things will turn up in the end..
In Team Championship, AMPlified (Laurenš and scope/BooB) has now very big gap over RedDevils ( Dome ²⁰¹²and Winner ) with 97 points ( 371 vs. 274 points) so AMPlified are very close to the Team title! Due very bad night for RoadRunners ( WeSSy and Icke) scoring only 13 points, miniMAX Team (ARS sm!e and G.F1 TTCO) is now very close to them (238 vs 209 points) and they will have an interesting fight for bronze medal here!

New track is already being practice, so try to spend little time to get to known better this track, cause we sure going to drive another great race with lots of drivers on it! So, stay good and healthy , and hope to see you all this Sunday night!

8-th GT Race - RootsMarionaco

Get ready for Monte Carlo!! Yep, although it's not saying Monte Carlo in track name, this track is made by legendary track in Monte Carlo.. It has everything.. Uphills, downhills, tunnels, fast chicanes, narrow turns, but I thnik you already know how Monte Carlo look like , so no need to describing it more



On this track PITS are on the right side after Start/Finish line! PITS are very simple and small, so exits for the PITS are before turn no.1. That turn is one of the tricky turns on this track, cause it may happen ( happen to me while I'm driving ) that you hit the wall while exiting that turn! Then you lose lots of speed, and that's problem , cause you are going uphill for there! So try not to hit wall there, or you lose lots of seconds! Turn no.2. is easy one if you start turning in time.. When you go to the top hill after passing turn no.1., you must start turning to the left, and then you can pass that turn wtih full speed and without sliding or making mistakes! Then we come to sector that we all love.. On turn no.3. just be aware that you may go to jump mode when you passing it with a slide, so try not to hit wall there while trying to land.. I didn't have a large problems there, so, hoping you don't either, but that doesn't mean that problems can't encounter there! Turn no.4. is famus Grand Hotel hairpin with 180^o turn, so here try to be on very left (inside) side of the corner! From there, we go to little downhill and to turn no.5. It's easy turn, and you'll need to pay atteniton not to hit the wall before entrance of the tunnel while exiting that turn! In the tunnel there isn't light so it's kind of hard to drove turn no.6. cause you can easly hit the wall on the right side of the track due low visibility.. So here try to be on the middle of the track.. Must be that Grand Hotel didn't pay for electric bill, so no lights in tunnel After exiting tunnel, you go for a little downhill and come across to nasty chicane and turn no.7. Here you must start braking and sliding on time, cause you may hit the wall while trying to exiting that chicane! It's hardest part on this track, so practice it well! Turn no.8. is easy, and here go wide, and you can pass it with full speed without need of sliding.. Turns no.9. and no.10. are 'connected', and you need to pass it both with one slide... Always try to go very near the edges, and not to hit any walls! Turn no.11. is easy turn too, so try not to lose time in this easy turn by making stupid mistakes.. From here, you go uphill and preparing for the last turn no.12. It looks easy, but (in may cases) when you exit this turn you can easily hit the wall and lose precious speed and time!
To shorten: don't hit wall on first corner (turn no.1), try to pass chicane (turn no.7.) without mistakes, and pay attention while exiting last corner (turn no.12.).. I think there isn't a very hard places that you can flip over your car, or get over the track, so hoping to see low, or even none of DNF here!

Hope start of the race will not be se delaying, and that everything pass in peace and that we all have nice and fun race! And maybe even see 30 drivers to get a new record! Anyway, stay well and in shape, and see you on Sunday night..

7-th GT Race Review - RootsLionsden

Yep, this season is coming to the end very soon, and seems like yesterday that we drove those testing tracks, and now we are already talking about last few tracks in this first GT TM² season! Life inded passing very fast when you're having fun, but why isn't passing fast when I'm at work?
Anyway, this Sunday, we finished 7-th GT race in the row, and , as usually, fun was there, all race long!
After getting second place in his first race, amp-BooB wins Pole Postion here, and already increase his odds to win here.. Dome2012, Laurens and MaSSa were on race too, so we expected a very interesting race for the gold medal here! Second and third place on Quali was taken by ADAC team! 2-nd was Drive, and 3-th Booz! On the 4-th place was - CoolDriving!! Nice hot lap man! In Top 10, there wasn't Dome, Laurens, Wessy and couple of good drviers too, so Quali Seasion 2 always provide interesting results! Icke was 12-th, WeSSy 14-th, Dome 18-th and Laurens at just 20-th place! Jahombre decide it not to drive cause he fels sorry that CoolDriving left before race started, so in his name, he skip Quali seasion.. I know Jahombre did anything to speed things up, but due some problems and few restarts, race starts little out of schedlue, so we are asking everybody to have some patience and try not to leave game.. From next race, we will speed up Q2 seasion , so gap between driver will be only 10 seconds! Also, try no to chat like old grandmas, and try not to go to spec mode (me too ) so that we don't have too many unnecessary restarts!

Anyway, amp-BooB proved his value, and he wins his first race with gap of +9.08 seconds over Dome! Nice race you two! Also, amp-BooB drove best lap on the race too (1:26.166).. Although MaSSa was late for quali, he DNF after only 2 laps, so he make it easier for a fight over podium.. WeSSy was very good here, in fact he was amazing! He won bronze medal here, so he will be very motivated in next races! Laurens was indisposed here, so he finished 4-th at the end! Although Jahombre start as last, he manage to get on 5-th place with only +7.42 seconds bahind Laurens! And he made a large mistake on turn no.3. at the first CP, when he stuck between fence and stands, but he mange to get out of there, but he lost there almost 15 seconds! 6-th was G.F1 TTCO, and 7-th was ADAC-drive who started form second place! Another ADAC driver ( booz) who was third in quali, DNF on lap 17, so ADAC team were not pleased on race, as there were on quali.. Pink Panther Team ( Mirosh and hpr-Marian) were 8-th and 9-th soring 26 points for their team! I finished 10-th in thriller finish! I was 12-th 2 turns before Finish line, but 180^o turn was problem for Winner and amp-sm!e, so I manage to pass him on that turn, and finish before Winner for only +0.06 over Winner, and with +0.17 over ars-Sm!e! Thank you guys for letting me pass you, fair play will be rewarded too!
(Un)lucky 13-th place goes to G.F1 Slaven, Quickes was 14-th, and Haze was 15-th! Very bad race for Icke was this Sunday, so he finished on 16-th place getting his Team only 5 points, and due that, they lose second position in Team Championship! Points also get tbviven (17-th place), Andi (18-th place), and last two place goes for a Poker Stars Team (NH90 was19-th and Morpheus was 20-th).. Unfortunately DarkMan was behind Morpheus almost one minute so he didn't get any points.. K.O.Hasi was 22-th and last 'living' driver on race.. Aside MaSSa, and ADAC-booz, few drivers DNF too: Sulfite (lap 29), MidnightMan (lap 11), reamsy (lap 7), and CoolDriving at the start of the race..

Launres is still in the lead with 182 points, and Dome now have 149.. WeSSy is n third place with 131 points, and ars-sm!e keep his forth place wtih 105 points, but Jahombre is very near him with only 103 points! Due bad race, Icke is now on 5-th place with 94 points.. I think first three places are reserved for Laurens, Dome and WeSSy, but 4-th place is still open.. Even TTCO, Vesiapina and Marian can be there if they make good results in last 3 races! Wait, and we will see.. In Team Champinoship, Amplified (Laurens, scope, BooB) make a big progress, and now have 317 points, and Red Devils (Dome and Winner) have 232 points! RoadRunner (Wessy and Icke) are now third and having 225 points.. miniMAX (ars-sm!e and G.F1 TTCO) is trying to stay with them, and they are on forth place with 173 points!

It was a another good race, with 28 drivers at start, so we must keep this rate of drivers per race! I know that we had problems for being late, but we are try to get things done in shorter time, so please - be patience! Also, try not to go on chat-war with each other, cause that's not helping us anyone! So be polite, and do as Jahombre asks you to do..

7-th GT Race - RootsLionsden

Ok, no time to talk, cause we are alreday at mid-week practice for a Sunday race, and this next track is a 'killa' track.. Jahombre is getting very serious with his building skills, so this one is going to be a pain-in-the-arse.. Very long lap ( about 1:30 minutes!), with lots of nasty corners, tricky chicanes, few jumps, very narrow corners and many, many wonderful things yet to see too..
As for the turnout, I know that's not going to be a problem, cause number of drivers is always between 25-30, and if things turn up good to drivers and they all manage to show, we may even see almost 35 racers on track, so soon we will need some traffic policeman or some traffic lights to control this amount of cars on track
Ok, back to track now..



As you can see, I needed to go on Moon to take a picture of track that can fit in just one frame but I manage even that too as you can see
As on most tracks too, this one also have PITS on the left side, right after Start/Finish line.. Exit for the PITS is at the turn no.3. so you'll need some driving through the PITS too.. Try not to hit the walls while exiting form the PITS, cause every second can be vaulable! As for the turn no.1. you can easly pass it no matter how your speed is, so this turn will not be a problem for you drivers, cause it's not even problem for me too! Just slide very close to the left side of the track.. Turn no.2. can be a little problem though.. It's a fast chicane, and if you don't start turning on time, you can easly hit the front side of the wall there, and that means driving in backward, leading to lose a lots of seconds! Turn no.3. is also a tricky chicane, but not narrow chicane like turn no.2. so you'll need to make it very good through here cause in most of (my) cases, you can end up hitting front wall right at the CheckPoint, and that again means losing speed, seconds, and getting frustrated a lot.. Turn no.4. is easiest on hole track! You can pass it in full throttle and without sliding too.. Turn no.5. is a very similar to turn no.4. but here you may need to slide a little bit, cause you may hit the wall while exiting this turn, if you try to pass it without slide..
Then it's a long ride to the turn no.6. and here you even go to the jump mode, so all you need is to know that you always must be to the left side of the track, and then you can manage to pass turn no.6. in full slide speed! Also try when you going to jump not to be VERY close to the left side, cause you can hit the fence, and end up fliping your car there! So, pay attention here! Turn no.7. is a very similar turn as turn no.3. cause it's very fast wide chicane too, and corners are similar as on turn no.3., so try not to hit wall while exiting that turn.. Turn no.8. look like an easy downhill turn, but can be deceived! If you don't go wide (right side of the track) you may tilt your car in the air there, and even flip it too! So, stay wide here! Turn no.9. is a turn that can easily pass it with full throttle without sliding either.. Then we come to the tricky sector! On turn no.10. try to be on the right side, but here is a bumpy road, so it may happen that your car can be in the air while turning, and that may produce you a problem while exiting it, and even make your car to filp over and even into the air over the track! You'll need all your focus on this turn, and try not to DNF here! Turn no.11. it's a very strong, almost 180^o corner, and due to bumpy road there too, it's very hard to pass this corner without hitting some walls.. From that you can with full speed, and without sliding, pass turn no.12. and make through the Start/Finish line.. And then repeat all this about 30 times in the row

As you can see, it's a long and quite hard track, so you'll need to pay atteniton before turn no.6 while in jumping mod, turn no.8. and downhill corner and specially turn no.10., cause on this turns you can easly go to DNF..
Hope to see leading drviers this Sunday, to see how Chamiponship Driver standings will continue to play, as also Team Championship too.. Hoping to see stabile host, less chating during race little DNF, and, again, pleasant Sunday night with all of you TM² RRR drivers and friends!

6-th GT Race Review - RootsLagos

We are at half of first GT TM² season, and still this event is a priority thnig to do on Sunday nights!
On this race, we didin't have few fastest drivers here ( Dome, Laurens, MaSSa, Monty..) and missing few common too, but still 25 races show on race!! There was 27 on quali, but tbvivien and hpr-Marian went missing after Quali.. And also, there were a few drivers who spec all race, so in one time there were 31 active drivers, but when race start, only 25 were racing.. If we add them to the next races, and add this one who were missing, soon we will have around 35 drivers per race, so battle for a rewarding 20-th last place for only just one point, will be extremely high! Or Jahombre will move rewarding limit for a few position extra.. We will see how next turnouts will be, but it's good to see that popularity of this GT Championship is rising from each race to another!

Pole Position was taken by WeSSy, and Alex was second! In the second row, there was amp-scape, and Vesiapina, TTCO was 5-th, and new drvier amp-BooB was 6-th.. MidnightMan was on very good 8-th place, but bad lap was made by ars-sm!e who was on 11-th place and Mirosh on 23-th place.. Last to places takes our two lovley ladies, Kritsen and Tina..

This track had a long lap, but it was an easy track, and due that we only have 2 DNF (NH90 on lap 10 and K.O.Hasi on lap 21).. Cool Driving also DNF, but he left before start of the race.. G.F1 TTCO almost win, but he didn't stay one lap longer on 20min stunt, so he need to go to Pits 2 laps before end, cause he didn't have enough fuel(minutes) for a last lap.. If he did stay on track while it was shaking screen on 20 min stunt, he may even win this, but now he know where to pay attention in the future So gold medal was taken by Vesiapina, so Gecko team is very proud for that, and his teammate remasy was 19-th in the end, but he drove injured, so that's to respcet too! New driver amp-BooB show that all amp drivers are just too good for TM² game, so get silver medal on his debi.. TTCO take his second bronze medal, and another amp driver (amp-scope) was 4-th! ADAC Tony was very good here, and he make it to the 5-th place with 2 seconds of gap over WeSSy! Alex show his poteintal here so he took 7-th place.. In Top10, Winner was 8-th, Mirosh manage to get 9-th place, and ars-sm!e was 10-th.. Icke didn't manage to beat sm!e in the end (missing only +0.54 secs) so he took only 11-th place.. LameDuck was 12-th, Jahombre 13-th, me 14-th and Haze was 15-th.. Quickies way a little faster then Sulfite (for only +0.52 secs) so he took 16-th place, so Sulfite was 17-th.. Points still get MidnightMan (18-th), remasy (19-th) and DarkMan (20-th).. New driver ADAC Neco didn't manage to get points, but hope to see him on next race though..

It was a very good race and another great turnout, no matter that we were missing almost 6-7 regular and consist drivers! Driver Championship standings are unchangeable so Laurens is still in lead with 160 points, and Dome2012 is on second place with 121 point! In Team Championship, Roadrunner's (Wessy and Icke) manage to pass Red Devil's ( Dome2012 and Winner) for only one point, so now they are on second place with 195 points, but still 64 points behind amplified Team (Laurens and scope).. And it looks like miniMAX Team ( sm!e and TTCO) has a good chance to fight with the leading Teams..
Still 6 races to come, so thee's a lot of points in the game too.. Hope to see you all well and helathy on next Sunday night race, and in the meanwhile stay sharp and keep practicing this next track cause this one is a 'killer'
